The Responsibilities

​

For this role, you will be stationed at client’s site, and be responsible for maintaining, operating and troubleshooting their AV / VC systems. You will act as the first contact point on all advisory matters pertaining to our client’s system.

The (Preferred) Pre-Requisites
 

• Preferably at least three years of experience in the operation, engineering and / or installation of AV systems.  A strong knowledge of audio, video and networking engineering fundamentals.

• Experience of touch screen based control systems and video conferencing technology.

• Strong customer service skills.

• Positive attitude and incredible work ethics.

• Team player and can work independently.

• Demonstrate a good level of negotiation and communication skills, both internally and with external clients.

• Drive to exceed expectations and in delivering excellence.
